Living a busy family and work life I was looking for a meditation practice that I can fit in my day while staying true to myself. I was never looking for a mystical out of this world experience, my wish was to go deeper within myself, allowing myself to let go of past conditioning finding that happy space in my body and mind. Through some research I came across Vedic Meditation. The three day course with Nat covered the history of this ancient form of meditation and also showed modern science, explaining how our bodies and mind react throughout the practice. Nat is a wonderful person, who lives her teachings. I love the fact that she is very down to earth, knows how to laugh and understands how busy modern life can get. Throughout the training she gave me great tips on how I can incorporate my practice in my everyday life. My daily practice throughout a very busy period in my life allowed me to stay focused, in control and to see things with new found clarity. I am convinced that without this tool, I would not have been able to achieve what I did. My sleep has improved, I feel more balanced and in control and my ever so busy mind seems to give me some peace.
